1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VitoMall (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VitoMall regarding your use of the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Product Listings & Sellers
VitoMall is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers. Product listings, descriptions, and images are provided by sellers and VitoMall does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. Sellers are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products they offer.
5. Orders & Payments
When you place an order through the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase a product from a seller. Payment must be made at the time of order placement using one of our accepted payment methods. All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the seller's location, shipping method selected, and your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Buyer Protection program covers most purchases on the Platform. You may request a return or refund within the specified timeframe if the item received is significantly different from the listing description, damaged, or not received. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-15 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VitoMall and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VitoMall, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
